When in 2001 we decided to “launch” in this adventure of the agriturismo, we opened with great enthusiasm (and perhaps even fear of making mistakes) the doors of our house to all guests who wanted to stay or have lunch at our farm.
But the idea of a restaurant was not exactly what we thought ….
With time, after hosting so many people from all over the world, after listening to many stories and many experiences, we realized that the kitchen of our farm could not be considered as a real restaurant ……. not could that be a “kitchen for friends” !!
Vegetables and organic fruit from the vegetable garden, oil, farm meat, homemade bread and pasta, jams and cakes are the starting point for preparing something simple but tasty every day. every evening with our friends in front of a long table, all together: this is the greatest pleasure !!
