“Just outside the center of the village is the farm” I due ghiri “(named after the two dormice found on the farm during the reconstruction) of Gaia and Stefano.
The two guests grow seasonal vegetables according to biological-biological guidelines and keep different animals such as geese, guinea fowl and sheep. The guests of the farm have every evening the opportunity to taste the products of their own production of Gaias and Stefanos (fresh vegetables, homemade pasta with pesto, guinea fowl …) and regional wines in a great dinner together. Even the two or their cooks turn to the wishes of vegetarians. Even now, as I write these lines, I have to keep thinking about the fantastic tomatoes that were so incredibly tasty. Included in the price is breakfast in the morning with bread, butter, homemade jams, cheese, ham and above all: coffee. ”
